I really enjoyed your book. I like the way you phrase your words. The tension steadily built throughout the book, building to a surprising climax. I’m so glad the goat survived. I was actually worried Stuart was going to shoot the goat. I felt sorry for the ewes without their ram. There were many, many parallels between characters. I keep thinking of more! Like the one between Isabel and Stuart – the scapegoats of the family, erupting into the uncontrolled emotion that happens when someone cops the brunt of it.
